Description
Heruntek GYTC8A outdoor aerial self-supporting figure 8 fiber optic cable
is structured with 250μm in loose tube made of high modulus plastic,
which was filled with water rsistant filling compound to protect the
fibers. And all loose tube and fillers are stranded around a central
strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable
core finished, there is an aluminum polyethylene laminate (APL) moisture
barrier, and filled with filling compound to protect cable from water.
This part of cable is accompanied with a stranded wires as the
supporting part. In the end, cable part and stranded wires are completed
with polyethylene (PE) sheath to be figure 8 structure.
Application
Core network, Metropolitan area network, Access network, FTTH feeder and distribution
Features
- High tensile strength stranded wires meet the requirement of self-supporting
- Reduce installation costs with self-supporting cable structure
- Good performance of mechanical and temperature
- Hydrolysis resistant high strength loose tube
- Critical protection of fiber from special tube filling compound
- CSM, tube filling compound, 100% cable filling and APL to ensure cable to be watertight
